Cancellation Policy We issue full refunds for cancellations made prior to 60 days of rental date. We issue refunds for 1/2 of rental fee + applicable taxes for cancellations made between 30-60 days. We will keep 100% of the deposit on those cancellations made after 30 days unless a new renter can be found.
